Horizons Enrollment

Procedure for Enrollment (Semester Enrollment Only)

(1) Fill out an application. Applications can be picked up at Central Administration Office Data Office (Kesner), or you can download one here:
(2) Turn in your enrollment packet by emailing Talmage Trujillo or by turning it back into the Central Administration Office Data Office.
(3) You will be contacted by Talmage or other staff member to schedule an interview with both the parent and the student.
(4) Students new to the Salida School District must fill out an enrollment packet. They can be picked up at the Central Administration Office (Kesner) Data Office, or you can download and print one out here:
Bring your completed enrollment packet to the interview. A student cannot be enrolled into HEA without a complete packet.
After the student has been interviewed, you will be notified of the student’s acceptance into HEA.
Please note school for ALL STUDENTS starts Monday, August 19th! 
Enrollment for Fall 2013 closes: Thursday, August 15th.
